Anyone traveling to Morocco for Marrakech tours or any city tours should consider purchasing good medical travel insurance to help cover costs if something goes wrong. Even though no one expects you to dress like a local Moroccan, there are still principles you should follow to honor the culture and avoid unwanted attention. For a female traveler, the usual rule is to wear loose clothing that does not disclose too much of your body.

Although Euros, US Dollar, and Sterling are accepted in some tourist destinations, the Moroccan currency (the Moroccan Dirham) is necessary for day-to-day transactions. Dirham may be received via bureau de change in airports, big banks, and hotels or through cash machines, which are widely available in major towns and cities and accept most credit and debit cards. Outside of Morocco, several bureaus de change now provide Dirham. However, they tend to give bad conversion rates. The simplest and cheapest approach is to use a debit card at an ATM. Unfortunately, cash points are scarce in rural and small towns, and credit cards are frequently refused. In any case, notify your bank ahead of time if you plan to use a card to avoid any transactions being declined as a fraud prevention precaution. The Moroccan central bank determines the value of the Moroccan Dirham. Some larger merchants take Euros and British Pounds Sterling. Traveler’s checks are handy in an emergency, but cashing them might take longer. To swap excess Dirham, you’ll need a currency exchange slip while your Marrakech tours.
Stop fretting if you’re coming to Morocco and wondering if there will be enough excellent cuisine to enjoy as a vegetarian. Moroccans like meat and frequently offer it as the main course, but there are plenty of tasty vegetarian choices! When it comes to a gluten-free diet, the good news is that Morocco now provides a plethora of gluten-free dining and shopping alternatives. Greenmarkets, vegetarian and bio eateries, and gluten-free pastry shops may be found in Marrakech and Casablanca, and Essaouira on the coast.
Wi-Fi is widely available in Morocco. However, it is not always dependable. Cafes, restaurants, airports, and hotels/Riads frequently offer free Wi-Fi. If you wish to use the Internet at a cafe or restaurant, it is assumed that you will purchase a cup of coffee or a meal. The primary issue with free Wi-Fi hotspots is that the signal might be spotty (based on location).
For security concerns, the government has restricted the import of drones since March 2015. This implies that drones are prohibited in Morocco and all locations and will undoubtedly be confiscated during airport security.
