Moroccan Travel Trips is a certified tour operator offering private tours and travel experiences in Morocco, including but not limited to desert tours, camel trekking, gorges and mountain excursions, and cultural experiences.

1.2 Services we provide

Our Services may include, depending on the specific tour or agreement:

• Private and group tours within Morocco
• Transport related to tours (e.g., 4×4 vehicles, minibuses, or similar)
• Desert experiences (e.g., camel trekking, overnight desert camps)
• Guided visits to cities, valleys, gorges, and cultural sites

1.3 No guarantee of availability or content

All tours and Services are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or cancelled due to weather, safety, operational, or other reasons at our discretion.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a booking through the Website. By booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.1 Making a booking

• You have complied with any deposit or payment requirements communicated to you

3.3 Group bookings and multiple travelers

If you make a booking on behalf of multiple travelers, you:

• Are deemed the “group leader”
• Confirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of all travelers in your group
• Are responsible for all payments due in connection with the booking

3.4 Special requests

Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, medical conditions, room preferences) should be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled.

4. Prices, Payments, and Inclusions

4.1 Prices

Prices for our Services are generally quoted in the currency stated in the tour description or in our direct communication with you. Prices may vary depending on:

• Season or travel dates
• Number of travelers
• Type of accommodation or transport
• Additional options you choose

We reserve the right to update or change our prices at any time before your booking is confirmed.

4.2 What is included / excluded

Each tour or Service will indicate what is included and excluded. Typically, inclusions may cover some combination of:

• Accommodation during the tour

• Desert camp experience (where applicable)
• Professional driver/guide

Typical exclusions may include:

• International or domestic flights to/from the tour meeting point

4.3 Payment terms

Payment terms (e.g., amount of deposit, due dates for remaining balance, acceptable payment methods) will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with those terms.

4.4 Failure to pay

If you fail to pay any required amount within the specified time, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation policy described in Section 5.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

5.1 Your right to cancel

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email or other written communication channel accepted by us). The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice.

5.2 Cancellation fees

Our specific cancellation policy, including deadlines and any fees or non-refundable deposits, will be communicated to you at or before the time of booking and/or in your confirmation. By confirming your booking, you agree to those conditions.

5.3 Changes requested by you

Requests to change dates, itineraries, or the number of travelers will depend on availability and may result in additional costs. We will inform you of any applicable fees before making changes. Not all requests can be accommodated.

5.4 Cancellations or changes by us

We may modify or cancel a tour or Service due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Weather or natural conditions (e.g., sandstorms, floods)
• Safety or security concerns
• Operational or technical issues
• Insufficient participant numbers (where relevant)

6. Travel Requirements and Your Responsibilities

6.1 Passports, visas, and documentation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have:

• A valid passport
• Any required visas or permits
• Any other travel documents required for entry into and travel within Morocco

We are not responsible for consequences arising if you are denied entry or lack proper documentation.

6.2 Health, fitness, and medical conditions

Certain tours may involve physical activities such as walking, hiking, camel trekking, or exposure to desert or mountain conditions. By booking, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate in the selected activities
• You have informed us of any relevant medical conditions or limitations that could affect your participation

You agree to:

• Follow all reasonable instructions given by our guides, drivers, or representatives
• Comply with local laws, customs, and cultural norms
• Respect fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment

We reserve the right to remove you from a tour, without refund, if your behavior is abusive, dangerous, unlawful, or significantly disruptive.

7. Limitation of Liability and Risks

7.1 Assumption of risk

Travel in desert, mountain, and rural areas can involve inherent risks, including but not limited to harsh weather conditions, uneven terrain or long drives, and limited medical facilities in remote locations. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

7.2 Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our Services is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7.3 Third-party services

Certain parts of your trip may be provided by independent third parties (e.g., hotels, riads, restaurants, local activity providers). While we take reasonable care in selecting such providers, we do not control their operations and are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

7.4 Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, health emergencies, or transportation disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Website content

All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Moroccan Travel Trips and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited license

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.3 Prohibited uses

You may not, without our prior written consent:

10. Complaints and Customer Service

10.1 Raising a complaint

If you have a concern or complaint during your trip, you should inform your guide or our representative as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve the issue on the spot, and/or contact us using the contact details provided below.

10.2 Post-trip feedback

If an issue remains unresolved, you may contact us after your trip with full details. We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our Services shall be governed by the laws of Morocco.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory legal protections, the courts of Morocco shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 Right to modify

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when they were most recently revised.

12.2 Effect of changes

Your continued use of the Website or our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
